Default Loss of power, stalling, and throwing codes

A bit of background.
Car has had secondary tensioners replaced but is currently making timing chain rattle. I have an appointment to bring the car in to EuroToys to get all chains, tensioners, etc replaced, but he can't get me in for 2 weeks. Last week i got an intermittent oil pressure light. I decided to change my oil in case there were bits of tensioners floating around in there (there were, not much but there was definitely debris). Oil light never came back on.
i was driving to work today, around 60mph i had a sudden loss of power. I was able to get the car into a parking lot, but the car had almost no power and stalled as soon as I slowed down and rpms dropped. The car is currently showing P1336 crankshaft/camshaft code, P1316, & P0300.

Do not start the engine until timing chain guides etc is inspected. Probably already bent valves.

Yes, It sounds as though the timing chain slipped.
