Here we go again!!
The lower grill mesh was missing when I got the car(why I do not know) but I would like to replace it or make one to fit. Does any one have any ideas.

Hi Bill

The lower "grille" is actually only a single slat piece. It comes off and on easily to allow the car to be towed if required. I guess maybe your car was towed at some point and they forgot to put it back on.

Your options would be to try and get one from a breakers yard (and likely have it painted) or buy the mesh insert type from Mina Galleries, ie http://www.minagallery.com/jagxp/Jag...sh%20grill.htm although this may not look right if you don't have the upper mesh grilles to match ?

I found both on e-bay,I was just afraid a rock going in there would not be a good thing.
