Bit of a stupid one again, but which way do the lower wishbone arm bolts go, head towards the front of the vehicle or rear?

 

The lower exploded view is an older one I was showing someone what to look for to replace. Thus all the crayon circles. But both show direction of the bolt install.

 

I just took a look under my car and the front bolt head faces the front of the car. The rear bolt head faces the rear of the car.

I tried those urethane bushings a few years ago. The ID of the inner sleeve was too big for the bolt and it couldn't be aligned. I might try again the next time that I need to replace the bushings, but I'll try getting the sleeves out of the old bushings to see if it's a better fit. How's your fit coming along?
