manuals
anybody know where to geta good jag manual for a 2003 xj8, which includes wiring diagrams. I have ordered three and feel they are junk one is the Jaguar Workshop manual, 5 volumes has over 2000 pages but no table of contents that points you anywhere and little or no wiring diagrams, another was in digital format over 15000 pages of which over half were blank and no wiring diagram, and then I got an online one from Haynes, its impossible to find anything in it and haven't come across any wiring diagrams. I am an experienced mechanic, I know how to read manuals, but these are a joke.
The 2001 XJ sedan electrical guide is the same for 2001 to 2003MY sedans.(no changes as the X350 was scheduled to be the updated sedan)
We got paper electrical guides from Jaguar every year and if there were no changes we got a simple cover page with the Model Years covered as a group as the first page.
Gus will have the S2001_XJ8 .pdf electrical guide on his site as I sent it to him decades ago.

You'll find a lot of useful stuff here - JagRepair.com - Jaguar Repair Information Resource
I think that's the Gus mentioned above
