Over the weekend I get a 'bulb failure' dash message every time I hit brakes.

Ok! Thanks for letting me know but then I start getting the 'check engine' msg as well as a 'restricted performance' msg and this morning noticed the temp gauge was not working.

Yeah! All the quirkiness of this model kept me from getting too excited.

And this was no surprise! So after work went to auto parts, got the bulb, stick it in, absolutely no messages and jag is happy again. She be happy.... I be happy!

 

mine has been popping on when the coolant reservoir gets low (i currently have a leak, that is getting addressed)
