Can anyone tell me the location for this small ground cable - 2001 XJR? Thanks.

This is a larger version of that - longer and heavier than the antenna ground but smaller than the main engine-chassis ground in size.

looks like the engine to frame ground cable located at adjacent to the passenger front wheel

How long is it? I would bet its probably the hood to body lead, it has visible exposure.

Hood to body ground it was - thanks Highhorse. Wondering now why the hood needs to be grounded - suspect it might relate to a light or a switch on the latch mechanism (hood open warning)? If the latter I'll need to find a way to close this circuit since I didn't carry this over to my Mark 2 transplant. Thanks again to everyone who responded.
