Can any kind person please explain these acronyms? I think NA may be normally aspirated but after that I run out of ideas!

They are just the typical Ford acronyms for the models. It has nothing to do with NA or SC. IIRC it was AJ26 or AJ27. No matter if SC or non SC. But that is at least as far as I have researched.

NA is also used to specify the north american market.

Mine is an EU model (no Yank got the 3.2l) and it is an NAW
