So I can't seem to find any thing on the air ride on here, putting it on a lift or jacking up one side does it not strain the system ? Also I just changed the oil with 6.5w Mobil one and the level is at min everywhere on here says that's normal is it true I'm paranoid.

Not sure but try the X350(my 2003 and up) chassis section, you're currently in the X308 area( up to my 2003), although someone in this section may be familiar with it, the people on the other one will definitely know.
