Default New Rims Input Appreciated

Have a ‘98 XJ8 Vanden Plas and the rims seriously need to be replaced. These popped up on my local FB marketplace and seem like a bargain. Anyone have experience with these? Any other recommendations? Thanks!

7x15?...that is small, you'd need a tall sidewall to compensate for the wheel well. You'd look like you were driving a truck. Plus, I personally think they are ugly.

Those are 15". They likely wouldn't clear the brakes/suspension and even if they did they would look very silly. 17 or 18" for x308

I have these on my Porsche 944 where they don't look bad at all.
They probably measure a bit different, but they look just like these.
Everybody has their own opinion and are certainly entitled to it.

They have their applications, just not a Jag IMHO.

Default Owch! Bad experience

I had a set of those, not taking cleaning, paint coming off, and not very attractive, into account. They bend very easy. Call the local salvage yards and look for some. Also ford/ volvo rims should work too.

My only complaint with those "Snow Flake" type wheels is cleaning them. Way too much work with all those nooks and crannies!
