Unhappy No start help... Again

About a month ago my car was wrecked I slammed into a dump truck. It's been at the body shop for about a month and just recently they tried to start it back up for the first time. Well it's not starting. Below I posted a YouTube video to show you sound it's making.

The first thing I tried is the fuel cut off switch that's near the back of the fuel tank door in the trunk.*
Beyond that I also tried him using some fogging oil to recoat the cylinder walls, and increase compression but doesn't seem to be the problem either because that, and the old start with the gas pedal depressed didn't help either.

*It's not making any horrendous clanging noises and it started up fine last time it started hasn't been started since so I dont think its the timing.

there is fuel in it, the dash gives a range of 10 miles, unless its gone bad in a months time?

The only other thing i can think of is spark, but I don't know. Anybody have any ideas? I really appreciate it!

Sometime I can't help

****almost forgot it would be nice to now that it's a 99 jaguar vdp with original engine***

I also have a 99 VDP with 180k on it.
And it also was in a body shop back in Nov, and I ran into the same issue.
They called to tell me they could no longer start the car.
When I got there, I asked when was the last time they started it. They said it's been a week, and it was a short (15sec) drive to move from one side of the shop into the paint booth... I knew right there I'm looking at a cylinder wash.

It took me ~30min with the "pedal to the metal" method to get her running again. From what I rememebr, I'd crank it for about 25sec with gas pedal all the way down, and then let it up a bit the last 5 sec. Keep on trying. May wanna put a battery charger on it too, just to make sure u got enough juice...

Good luck.
