Noise from front!

Noise from front!
I noticed there is a slight noise coming from the engine bay. It is not that bad but was just wondering what it could be. It is a slight ticking noise which can barely be heards over the engine. The oil has not been changed in a while as I do not use it much. Also, the oil they used last time it had a service was 10W-40 and afterwards I got told this is not the right oil for my car. It drives fine and no problems with acceleration and drives fine with no warning lights. I just got worried about it being a tensioner problem as I am not sure if the uprated tensioners were fitted to my car or not. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated ?. I have enclosed a link for the movie file as I cannot uploaded it on here.

Sounds like normal valvetrain chatter. Usually a failing timing chain tensioner will have a more pronounced rattle, especially at startup. If you have never had the tensioners inspected or updated I would do it very soon. A 1999 would have plastic ones and they are going to fail at some point.
5w30 is the correct oil for these engines. Some people believe a heavier oil will slow wear but in reality as these engines operate in tight tolerances, a higher weight oil will not flow as well and may provide worse lubrication. Nothing catastrophic but I would go with the recommended oil.
