Odd wire in boot

Anyone know what this wire is and where it goes ? I know it's a long shot but hey it's a challenge! Cheers Geoff thanks

That looks like an aftermarket spade connector. Roughly guessing, I'd say someone was using that to activate an amp, blue/white, white/blue is the usual color code for an activation wire. Have you tried metering it?

it is/was for the transit relay used by Jaguar when shipping car from the factory
