I am not able to provide facts and figures because I did not think I needed to. Sorry that I am unable to prove my point other than I used it and I know it works and that you can take to the bank. Remember that Restore is not a fix for things that go bad it is a means to increase compression resulting in the increase in power and that results in the reduction of oil consumption (blow-by) and to date I have not heard of any adverse conditions. However, one person did post that his head gasket was blown because of Restore, I made contact with him and he told me that he felt his problem was NOT caused by the use of Restore.
