Oil blows from XJ Sport 3.2 V8 engine

Hello,

Today I took off all plastic from engine and saw two places where the oil is. I think its blowing, I`m not sure I just made photos of it. Is this big problem? how it could be resolved?

I am not familiar with the 3.2L but that would be the knock sensor on a 4.0L. If is is oily, replace it.
