P0102 and P0112 Codes after hard stop
hey i had a super hard stop today and heard a nasty noise...now i am getting restricted performance and the P0102 and the P0112...i am wondering if i snapped my MAF or something or if the MAF cable came loose...but anyways, i am in the middle of getting the stuck passenger side hood release open so i have not been able to check it out in the engine compartment yet...just wondering what i need to do to get ready for working these codes...
i am already chatting about my stuck hood in another thread...
thanks all...

lets get the bonnet up and check the MAF connector. Your guess could be right, the codes point to MAF circuit.
When you say noise, was it a clunk? Maybe needs engine mounts, a common fault, if the engine has traveled then the MAF connection will certainly have stretched or tweaked as it's got no real wiggle room, it's a tight fit at the best of times....

i did it! well my wife did
yes, that is right, i got my wife on the job to get that darn bonnet opened and she did it...push through the hole and click!
and yes, the MAF connector pulled right out...so looks like i need to be looking at the motor mounts...
so i reset the codes and all is well...i can now fill my washer fluid so that darn alert goes away and get back to a normal jag again...
