P0491 Check Engine Code

I have a 2008 Jag XJ Vanden Plas.

Yesterday the check engine light came on and AutoZone said the code was P0491

I know this is emissions, but not sure what and how to check it?

how do i Clear the code?

Can you tell me how to clear the code and then I will see if it comes back.

You need a code reader to clear it. Autozone might do it, but they usually will only read, but not clear codes for you. Buy yourself an inexpensive OBDII code reader.

Thanks. I ordered one from Amazon. The website www.thejagwrangler.com doesn't have stuff for 2008 Jaguar only up to 2006.

How do I put my car in my "Garage" so others can see what I am talking about?
