I can't find the door pins that connects the door panels to the door. Anyone know a place or a plastic bolt/fastener pin

Still available from Jaguar or aftermarket suppliers such as Terrys Jaguar Parts list them.

Try eBay: found mine on line (MotorcarsLtd).. For really small piece of plastic, they are expensive.

 

Are you looking for the part that mounts to the door card/trim (black fir tree clips) or the parts that are mounted to the sheet metal of the door (white/clear bushes)? The fir clips tend to break, but if it's a loose fit then it's the bushes that typically wear/need replaced.

From my parts notes:
KTD300002 - "door panel plug/fir tree clip" aka Casing Clip
AGU2388J - "door plug socket" aka Friction Bush - clear
KZV100010 - cream door friction bush

the cream bushes are a super tight fit - only one is used at the center of the bottom row. Think I got mine off Ebay, the "casing clips" are cheap but the bushes are pretty pricey ($1-2 each if i remember right)
