Power Source
All the fuse boxes have a LARGE battery cable hooked directly to the battery in the boot.
Pick one nearest the part you want to power.
The power stud on the 'false-bulkhead' is also a good one. It goes directly to the starter/alternator connections on the lower right side of the engine.

Splicing into a circuit that has already been designed for a certain load can 'blow-a-fuse' if the current draw is too much.
I have no idea what power requirement the vacuum pump needs but if it is significant, it likely needs it's own fuse? and a sufficient power source.

You could run it off any circuit you wanted to tho as it only has a 1amp draw.
