Default Pre-2001 XJRs
Other than nikasil and 1st gen. tensioner issues, are there any other notable issues with 2000 XJRs?

older throttle body and cruise control system, less options fitted from factory I think...

The MB transmission was upgraded in 2000

Most of the 2000 XJRs (the USDM ones like mine at least) had the sleeved engines. Some of the early 2000 cars still had the Nikasil, but most were changed already.
