got a task in plans for nearly future to add some power via upgrading crankshaft pulley on 2002 XJR with 81000 miles.
I looked into the belts today to make a list of pulleys to be changed aswell, tensioners marks tell me to replace the belts.

So what should i replace as long as iam getting acces to front end?
engine drive belt (yes)
engine tensioner (yes)
engine idler (yes)
water pump (what do you think?) should last 100k and can be changed later easily.
alternator, steering pump, a/c (dont touch? inspect? what to do?)

SC drive belt (yes)
SC idler (yes)
SC tensioner (yes)
SC upper pulley wich is kept standart size (needed to replace?)
Crank pulley (upgraded with Powerhouse pulley)

what can u suggest?

I just changed the bearings, they press in and out and are all the same size and are a very common size. I think they were about US$ 3 each. No need to change the tensioners unless you have starship mileage, i have an XJ8 with 300 k kms on it on the original tensioner.
Water pump is a possible, partic if it is one of the early ones with the plastic impellors.
