Default Rear AC Vents/Rear Lighter

I have the rear AC vents in my car. I know some came with the rear AC and some with rear lighters. My question is. If you have the rear AC is the wiring still there for the rear lighter? Reason being I'd like to put some sort of Aux plug for a phone charger back there. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

YES!!!
The wire harness connector is in the console area.
It is likely taped to the harness but can be cut loose and used with the proper veneer and socket.

The hole is also in the vent louver assy, but is obscured by the non lighter veneer.

It's there, I think the socket is even backlit slightly at the clear/green lighter socket surround. One of the first things I did on my car.

All you technically need is the wooden tim piece and the lighter insert. All the rest is there. Easiest would be to buy the whole part though.

I installed an USB port in my XK8. I found it to be more efficient than an adapter in a cigarette lighter.
