Pulling off my rear bumper cover to carry out repair on a small rust spot on the rear quarter panel area.

1. I understand there is two bolts to remove and then I should be able to slide the bumper cover right off?
2. The small lights one each side of the bumper cover can have their wiring unclipped?
3. I have the rear parking sensors, I have found no information on whether or not they need to be removed or if there is a way to unclip the wiring for them, does anyone know about that?

as far as the rust goes I have no clue how bad it is- but I assume it is just a small area that was not properly protected when some poorly skilled workers carried out a repair on a dent from a shopping cart between the left rear tail lamp and the bumper cover.
