I am finally getting to work on the interior items of my 01 XJR and focusing on getting the audio components updated. Not looking to change the stereo as anything modern takes away from the classic look, but am looking to add Bluetooth to stream music compatible with my iPhone as well as upgrading all the Alpine speakers and tweeters in the vehicle to modern and updated speakers. Below are my questions and I would welcome some counsel from fellow members who have been through this process:

• Alpine Speakers: I attempted Crutchfield to get the speakers size and ohm ratings, but unfortunately their website was not of much use. Hence, looking to get the size and ohm ratings of the speakers below:
  1. Front door card speakers
  2. Front tweeters
  3. Rear door card speakers
  4. Rear door card tweeters
  5. Rear Alpine sub-woofer (Assuming this is a passive sub-woofer)

• Looking for input on Bluetooth streaming options (from iPhone). Primary focus here will be an option that ensure high quality streaming and fidelity

The tweeters are kind of large for the A pillars, but member M. Stojanovic had this link for replacement A pillar tweeters (Audax TM010A1)... https://www.madisoundspeakerstore.co...=Audax+TM010A1

The rear sub is just a 6x9, being directly exposed to the sun and not exactly made of higher quality modern materials, it will dry and collapse. Supposedly its rebuildable, but that's your decision. Today's sound is way different with ability than when these were produced.
