Default repaired arm rest

I'll let the photos speak for themselves...
new leather cover...old vinyl cover


bare armrest
Almost done
Reassembled; also recovered cupholder cover.
Back in the car.

No; rest of the interior is in decent condition (driver seat need to be lightly redyed, but surprisingly for 137k miles, was well taken care of)...only thing that needed repair was that armrest. Even the floor mats are nice!

Nice job, very satisfying when you do things yourself and it looks good,
great condition for the mileage, my drivers seat is cracked quite a bit but no tears luckily.

So, if I might ask, where did you acquire your replacement leather cover? This is a project I would like to take on. Mine suffers slightly from "beer can elbow."

Actually, a vintage Honda turn signal housing. For my '73 CB350 Four restoration (a work in progress, like most things in my garage. NOS parts are the best, when doing things like that.
