Reservoir covers - source?

Reservoir covers - source?
Need help. My dealer said can’t get these parts. Have 2007 XJ8 VdP. I left the cover to screen wash up (not just cap) and damaged the 2 interlocking covers to the brake fluid reservoir and screen wash reservoir. The 2 plastic pins snapped and I need new part. Any suggestions?
