If it was me, I would definitely fix the misfire first before I focus on the blower. Can’t speak for the solid couplers since I’ve never messed with them on these cars. However, I do know that when these cars have a bad misfire, they can sound like the s/c is coming apart.

Default Update

Just an update I tore it apart again to put an oem coupler on it just to rule that out also found a pretty big vacuum leak and fixed it another thing I cleared the codes and turned it on and for the first minute or so it ran great but then it started shaking up a little and the check engine light turned on again however when I put the scanner to it I wasn’t getting any codes
I’m lost
