Hi everyone,

My car, Jaguar XJ8 1999, has reverse parking sensors. However they don't work. So trying to fix the problem I found the following: All the sensors are well connected to the Reverse parking aid module (part number: LNF 7352 AA), however the second conector of this module is not connected to anything and I couldn't find any place to connect it.

I would really appreciate if somebody could show me where it must be conected.

You will need to remove the boot fuse box and locate the module connector. One side connects to the sensors (as you describe) the other side connects to the trunk harness. This is linked to the gear selector sensing reverse, and the speaker mounted on the parcel shelf.

Tahnk you for your reply. In fact I have located the module, the real problem is that I can't find the trunk harness. Where I must locate it ? I would really appreciate if you could send me some pictures.

Thank for you help. Now I think I am closer to the mistery. The fact is that on step 26 and 27 the harness (yellow) is different so that I cannot connect both. I have done some pictures... Could you help me to solve the mistery?
