I believe ROM037F is a memory address, and NVM:30 is some kind of reference to non-volatile memory. These probably relate to some aspect of the OBD system.

Funny you should bring that up, but it reminds me of a common misconception here that the "Pennsylvania Dutch" folks are from Holland, when in fact they are mostly German (the use of "Dutch" being just a mispronunciation of Deutsch).
