Default Slightly Kinked Fuel Line = Bad Performance?

So when I took the fuel tank out to replace the fuel pump I just slightly kinked the fuel delivery line (the one that feeds the engine). Now I'm thinking this might be the reason my engine won't rev past 4K while driving.

What do you guys think? Do you know where I can get a replacement?

P.S. this line is one of the ones that has the quick connect on it and runs from the tank to the fuel filter.

that'll be a Jaguar only part - a fuel restriction will limit revs. An old trick is to feel if the fuel pump relay is hot to touch, means the pump is having a hard time, have you replaced the fuel filter?

Well, that wasn't it. I fixed it and it still does the same thing.
