I have recently joined the forum and am trying to get my thread count up (I sound like a pillow case). so I can access everything, so apologies if this has been asked before.
When was the soft top fluid replaced for a longer lasting alternative?
mine seems fine right now, but I was wondering if I need to anticipate replacing it.
I have a 2001 XK8.

Sometime in '99. You should have green Pentosin CHF11s fluid in yours which apparently does not gel, only leaks.
