The SpeedView app is cool, tells the 0-60 and 1/4 mile time
I downloaded the SpeedView app to know my 0-60 and I got 6 sec with sports off and 7.1 twice with sports on. All three runs traction control was off.
Let me start off by saying I never did a 0-60 run in any of my cars, I just know that when I hit the pedal it moved.
Now to the questions, why was my 0-60 slower with sports on?
I also did the run after a hour drive home from work. When is it the best time to do the speed test?
I did wait about a min before each run, should I wait longer for engine and tranny to cool down?
Thanks,
SGB

In my N/A car, the sport mode revs way past the 6200rpm power peak,
up over 6800. So, maybe you're staying near the peak when out of "S".
Motor trend did 0-60 in 5.2s and 1/4 in 13.7 @103.8 in your car, when
new. (point of reference?)

Good reference

Since my car has no traction issues with only the stock power, I'm getting 0-60 in 5.0 without traction control and a much slower 6.0 with. Just ran two 13.8 sec 1/4 mile runs at 85 degrees F air temp
