Supercharger air routing.
After experiencing a "restricted performance" event this past weekend I've been poking around my 02 XJR's motor the past few days looking for anything a miss and I am a bit confused.
Does the incoming air have a bypass after the throttle body going into the supercharger? -- The routing of the intake air has me a bit confused. I see the intakes coming off the bottom of the inter-coolers
I do notice some oil/dirt on the small coolant tubes that run between the supercharger and the drivers side inter-cooler on the way to the recovery tank -- almost looks like it is coming from the bottom of the joint between the inter-cooler and the supercharger. The motor on this car has never been touched and other than an occasional dust off - never cleaned with water.
Pulling the larger breather tube from the passenger side valve cover I see some oil so this whole system must intake some about of engine oil - I'm wondering if a cleaning may be in order? I have read that the Tbody should not be cleaned??

mate, do yourself a favour and get the JTIS disc downloaded or buy a copy on the well known auction site. It has all your require. Cleaning the throttle body and partload breather is well covered on here, and in some instances, there is a noticeable difference in performance.
