Thank you! I ordered it on e-bay and it is supposed to arrive Friday. Is there any chance anyone know the exact size so I can get a bolt so I can drive it down to Discount Tires to have them install my new wheels and tires while I wait for my plug? I checked google and nothing came up. I mean diameter and thread count.

I don't know the thread size but the GM Part Number is 24500661. They probably have one, the same SC oil plug was used in M62, M90 and M112s. GM had SC V6s in Buick, Pontiac and Chevrolet over quite a few years. Very likely they'll have one in stock.
Reviving this thread as I've done my fluid on my 2008 XKR-S and will give you my summary
Have the vehicle level, I used a spirit level on the oil filler cap.
It's a faff, taking out the fluid is tricky - I used an electric pump and let it run for 10 minutes on and off and got 200ml if fluid out, it was pretty impressive as that's most of the capacity.
I had a 2mm silicone hose going into the supercharger and a larger diameter to connect to the pump
Put back the same amount, I put in 200ml and just closed the plug, I was so glad to get that job done.
Putting the plug back is a challenge itself, if you have large hands forget it. Mine are quite small and even with that it was tricky
Turn the hex key until it's hand tightened and leave alone. The grub plug has an o ring
Whilst doing this I had orange 3M tape a few inches from the end of a 3mm id larger hose - it was a guideline of how much I needed to get it pushed in, the resistance you get is one of the two gears in the snout
Anyway I sucked up 60ml (this was my effort before I used a electric pump).. however I noticed that the orange tape moved, to the end of the hose..
Fearing the worst - my brother reassured me later in the day that the silicone hose is flexible and couldn't break...so I resumed my actions with the electric pump and a smaller 2mm silicone hose.. I assume the 3mm hose was rubbing against the inside of the snout and with oil and hot weather is gradually moved down.
