Default Hello from B.C. Canada

Hi. My name is Cliff and I have just purchased a 1991 XJ6-40. It hasn't run for about two years so I might have some work ahead of me. I am the president of the Kootenay branch of the Old English Car Club of B.C. and presently own a 1957 Hillman Husky and a 1957 Morris Isis which I am selling to make room for the Jaguar. I have wanted an XJ6 for quite a while and came across this one in my own town within my budget constraints. The body is in decent shape but hasn't had a good maintenance record according to the previous owner. I should have the car home in a few weeks so then I can find out the real condition.

Cheers,
Cliff

Looking forward to getting the Jag home although winter is coming and no permanent shop, just a tent but it will be fun.

I hate to let the Isis go but I am running out of time (and years) to do all my projects but it shouldn't be a real serious restoration compared to some I have had.
Cheers,
Cliff
