Hi. The way I got the center bolt off was to use a nylon ribbon/strap. I wrapped it around the harmonic balancer in such a way that as I pulled on the breaker bar/cheater, the strap got tighter around the balancer. I tied the free end of the strap to the sway bar. The bolt loosened right up with surprisingly little effort.

The cheater that I used was a 30" pipe bought from Lowe's. I put that over my 24", 1/2 inch drive breaker bar.
