Default throttle body malfunction

Has anyone seen a butterfly valve actually becoming a butterfly like this? This is only with key at ignition stage two. Car is 2000 XJR.

well it seems the FB link does not work, and I can't seem to upload MP4 here. The symptom is that the butterfly valve of the TB would constantly flip rapidly, and making a rapid chatter noise. Of course the car is in-operatable.

You can do a video and create a link...file sizes are limited or folks would be putting all sorts of junk on here.

Attached below is a pdf for review. I would try a hard reset to see if that clears it also.

Alright guys, culprit found!! Apparently it's the TPS connector going bad. It looked fine from the outside, but inside, the plastic seats of the female sockets had multiple collapses, thus compromising signal transmission! Hope this information is of some value to all.
