Default Timing chain cover gasket 1998 VDP

I have a slight oil leak at the TC cover gasket, probably due to the hard non oem material. Engine was just rebuilt. 1998 VDP XJ8

Are there options, or will this need to be replaced?

If so, can I do the job? I've done throttlebody stuff, and replaced the plastic thermostat housing with a metal one.

How many hours if I have to bring it to the shop?

TIA

I am assuming you are talking about the chest plate? If so you will need the pulley holding tool to allow you to undo the main pulley bolt on the crank and the puller

If you don't hold the engine still you will struggle
