Timing Tensioners parts required?
Living in Thailand, getting hold of replacement parts involves importing most things. Yesterday, I was pleased to finally get the car back on the road again after a two month time out with jobs including a new drive shaft (mid bearing was destroyed) rear wheel bearings and half shaft universal bearings. I managed to loose a wheel hub locator washer which added time to the job, but yesterday all was fixed and I was smiling.
However, the engine now sounds rough at start up, and after reading some threads, I suspect that the timing tensioners need changing.
Can anyone kindly tell me what parts I should order and any other jobs I should logically attend at the same time? This information will save weeks whilst waiting for parts to arrive.
Thanks!

I know about importing parts Richard. It's what I HAVE to do too.
Unusual for tensioners to make it run rough at start up. Normally just noisy for 20/30 seconds and noise goes but the engine is still running smooth.
SNG BARRAT would be the best place to ask for parts required or after that there are kits on eBay that contain all the parts and gaskets to complete the work. If you go there please do the water pump for the small amount they cost, serp belt too of course.
Unless your just doing the top/secondary tensioners

Richard...Before you assume...remove the valve covers and inspect the secondary tensioners. If they are dark brown plastic guides..replacement is highly recommended. The Gen 3 and Gen 4 aluminum guides are available on Ebay, and several other sites. I dodged a bullet on my 2001 XJR when the left bank exhaust cam jumped one tooth on startup, (thats normally when they fail and jump). I replaced all of the tensioners (4) and all of the cam chains for a parts cost of $785.00 US. You can determine if a cam has jumped by inspecting the front side of the camshafts. There is a flat spot milled into each camshaft, and all four cams should present the "flat spot" equally when manually rotating the crank shaft. In my case, the engine ran very rough below 1000 rpm and very smooth over 1000 rpm. In my case it was the exhaust cam that was out of sync with the crank. I was lucky in that the exhaust valves did not converge with the pistons. I would inspect the tensioners, and verify that the valve timing is in order (all four cams present the "flat spot" equally) before going any further.
