Looking for advice on an issue I have recently noticed. Between 2nd and 3rd I am beginning to hear a small chirp sound and it seems to be getting more frequent. Very concerned about this. Also the car doesn't always seem to always downshift to 1st when coming to a stop. In other words, as I apply throttle from a stop, the car will begin to move in 2nd and downshift to 1st after a few feet of movement. This all points to transmission issues to me, but I'm a rookie Your sage advice is greatly appreciated.

The ZF6HP26 is for the later cars as the X308 uses a ZF5HP24 or Mercedes gearbox for the SC 4.0 version.
