Default Transmission Dip Stick Tube? 2003 XJR

Can I top off the trans. fluid through the sealed dip stick tube? I have read how to check the level already using the search function.

We have the dipsticks for the supercharged cars for $114.89, but I'm not sure if that's what y'all are talking about.
