Default Transmission fluid capacity for a simple drain.

I've searched & seen it @ 7 liters as well as 10. What is the accurate amount of fluid I should buy as I'm planning on a drain(not flushing).

Thanks

It's been a good 2 years since I serviced a 5hp24, but I ordered a kit that came with 6 liters. It was enough for a drain & fill with pan removal but again, there wasn't much left. Don't spill any! Haha

if I were to do it again I would probably have 7 liters on hand just to be safe. What I would actually do is order 12 liters and do two drain & fills about 500 miles apart, only dropping the pan and changing the filter on the first one.

How many miles on the car? Has the gearbox been rebuilt?
