For whatever stupid reason my XJ8 can't seem to finish/perform the emissions tests. I have had a P1000 code (and no others) for a few months now. I have followed the "adaptations" procedure in JTIS that will supposedly will do all of the tests - with no luck.

All the tests, except the catalyst and O2 sensor, have completed. I can't seem to get those last 2 to run/complete.

Anyone experienced a similar thing?

Any advice?
