Trying to start 1999 VDP parts car with no keys
Hello all,
I have a 1999 Vanden Plas with V8 that doesn't run. I don't actually know if it runs, It was abandoned with the alternator removed. I have the title (from the lender) but no keys (former owner in jail). I am wondering if there is any way to bypass the security system (or otherwise) to run the engine. I want to part out the car but I would like to know if the engine has any value.
If anyone has any insights or ideas on how to tackle this thing it would be greatly appreciated.
