ok while my transmission is getting rebuilt im thinking about doing a tune up

what are the best recommended items to use
like what

best way to get the injectors cleaned out
what else should i change the vehicle has 105k miles
is there somthing i should change how do i know when to change the belts and what should i look out for in the near future
this is my first jag and i love it wanna drive it for a while
