set a plan in may-June to twin charge the Jaguar.
Questions:
1. using a smaller turbo, looking to pump in 3-4 psi into the eaton which is getting ported, coated, etc.. would the injectors handle that if KB boost-a-pump is installed?
2. Necessary to upgrade trans for quicker shifts using solenoid upgrade?
3. What would be weak points? Manifold?
4. Upgrade intercooler pump worth it? Or go to something more?

Why not go for a twin-screw replacement of the supercharger? I feel like it'd be easier to do, and maybe get you the power gains you're looking for? I'd expect charge heat to be a significant problem with the twincharged setup. Finding a place to fit turbo(s) in the engine bay and routing exhaust will be pretty tricky as well.
The mercedes 722.6 is supposed to be able to handle about 700 hp if I remember right so the upgraded valves are up to you. I looked into it a while back and I think I decided it wasn't worth sacrificing the smoothness of shifting, but that's a personal preference. I'd search these and the x100 forums about it some more.

The Eaton is pretty much maxed out so you need to do what others have done - this has been covered many times so do some reading

Its actually easier to install a rear mount turbo and pipe it back up to the intake... it's a fun "let's see what happens" project

I'd like to see it pass 700hp just for fun on a moderate setting then just before I put in a newer engine(mine has 208,000), dial it up just to see what blows up

Adding turbo(s) would only add lots of heat to the Heaton. KB Twin screw, seclude the SC cooling system and adding a killer chiller to the system. Remember, add effiency to the system. Keep the SC rotation as minimal as possible which is what the TS does. If you want to up the flow, port the charge coolers and heads.
Turbo would be rear mounted , adding a killer chiller I planned on.
i know the TS is great, but I wanted to try something nobody has yet to do on the jaguar. Plus the hp output would be way higher...if it doesn't blow up
im guessing the maf will be a challenge

I was thinking about doing this a couple of years ago but I got the feeling the tuning was going to be a battle. Standalone management would be the way to go, but then the cost saving of turbo'ing goes out the window. I was thinking of running a y-pipe after the tranny pan into a single 3" exhaust down one side, turbo somewhere before the exhaust bends around the suspension, wrap turbo outlet pipe over the driveshaft (possibly route thru interior) then back up the other side back towards home.
I think it would be necessary to at least air to air intercool the new air charge as well as upgrade the factory cooling system due to extra heat for the Eaton. Meth injection seems necessary unless you want to melt something quick. If its not done right the car is going to be HOT, but not in a good way
