I have a 2008 XJ8; There is water in the passenger door that does not draine out. If the vehicle moves just right you can hear it slosh. Also can hear it opening and closing door. Is there a drain hole that should allow this liquid to drain out? If so where is it so I can check to see if it is plugged. The only way I can figure the water getting in there is during pressure car wash. I am handicapped and can not crawl around on the floor to look at the bottom of the door. Any help would be appreciated.

The drains are under the bottom of the door. Water even from rain can seep into the door. There is a series of slots in the outer bottom of the door.
If you can't get down to look up at the door you can still attempt to clear them. Get yourself a good scouring sponge with the green scrubber side try to clean back and forth under the door. If you get water that will be one of the drain openings.
If you don't get water you will then be able to feel along the panel and fine the plugged drains. You can poke, prod and pick at them until you get water.
The best is to annoy a friend and ask them to clear out the debris. It will be fairly obvious from the rust and no paint.
Had same problem. The rubber on the bottom of the door (that, ironically, is supposed to prevent water from getting in) - had shifted, so the hole in the rubber didn’t line up with the hole in the metal door.
Just needed to hold rubber to the side to drain it.
Moved the rubber, started pouring out!
Lots of water in there...
Front drain hole location shown with my small screwdriver.
Once I drained the rear hole, the front one had nothing to offer.
Checked my other 3 doors, the holes seemed to line up properly.
