Weird secondary bounce when stopping

I proceed to stop at a red light and it feels as if the car slightly bounces from front to back... Rear subframe bushings?

is this with cats module disconnected? did this start when disconnected? rear sub bushes are a rare thing to fail. Can you get the car on a ramp? How do the A frame bushes look?
Any clunk noises from the rear?

Yes the cats module is disconnected until I convert to normal shocks.
No clunking from the rear.

I'll inspect it this weekend when I can lift it

I say we place the front sway bar bushings and linkthose are usually pretty easy to do. Second guess would be lower control arm bushings what are fairly simple to do also.
