short story. I bought a Jag in which the person i bought it from said it had cylinder wash. Did the typical pull plugs, put little oil in cylinder, compression rose, still didnt start. So i pulled the plugs again and checked for spark, but there was none.

I found this wire not plugged into anything under the driverside dash by the pedals. Any idea where this goes?
