Where is the stater on a 2001 Jaguar XJ8?

Hello, all. Where is the starter on a 2001 XJ8? Has any one of you successfully installed one? What are the forewarnings or "bewares?"

You have to remove the **power steering rack** to get at the starter ?!?!
