Can I fit RH drive wood panel trim to LH Drive?

 

Doors and centre ski slope? Yes.
Dash? I doubt it.
A quick look on google shows that the piece around the centre vent trim kicks up towards the drivers side, so this won't swap over. The dash piece itself looks fairly symetrical, as does the piece on the passengers side, but they appear to taper down ever so slightly towards the doors.

The pass side may not swap over - since it has the airbag behind it, it has cloth retaining straps to prevent it being launched into the passenger during airbag deployment. I think they're on top, but I'd imagine that they'd need to be in the same spot (top or bottom) whether it's RHD or LHD, so that may not swap over.
